Vacancies They currently have vacancies for the following job descriptions at their Doha, Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices: MEP Quantity Surveyors Duties Preparing and presenting cost management advice to clients Ensuring contractual notices and client entitlements are properly administered Managing the process of the preparation of contractor's payment recommendations Managing the process of measuring & valuing variations Managing the process of agreement of final accounts Interpreting and offering advice on forms of contract Attending meetings with contractors and clients Management of other members of staff, both Quantity Surveyors and Measurement Technicians Planners Duties: Contract Management and Administration Production of Financial reporting information for budgets, production of the budget tracking documentation, generation of variance analysis and Submission of data. Attributes Required: Possess extensive Primavera knowledge Degree Educated is preferred but not essential Minimum of 8 – 10 years experience M&E Contracts Managers Duties: Reporting on contractual and financial matters within the company, including procurement strategies and monthly financial reports Providing strategic advice on development of business plans for the contracting companies Assisting with managing the department which consists of contract administrators, quantity surveyors, planners, cost engineers and document control staff Attributes Required: Minimum of 8 -10 years experience in various types of construction contracts and methods of measurements Strong experience with FIDIC Degree Educated is preferred but not essential Interviews Interviews will be taking place in Bucharest, Romania in January 2009 Salary Package Competitive basic salary Annual bonus Tax free benefits Assistance with housing and relocation Family packages available if relocating family 2 return flights to UK per year 30 days paid holiday per year All recognised local holidays in addition |
