The Role


Customer Business Development (CBD) is a worldwide multi-functional strategy in our company to deliver forecasted brand volume and profit by working cooperatively with our individual customers to build their sales, market share and profits.
CBD selling is conceptual, data-based technology driven and multi-functional.

As a CBD Key Account Manager, you will:

- Manage a geographical region consisting of International Customers, Wholesalers and Supermarkets

- Build partnership with our customers

- Be responsible for delivering volume and leadership in-store presence

- Identify business building opportunities for our
brands and sell persuasively

- University degree

- Fluency in English and Albanian

- Strong leadership, innovation skills and
the ability to make things happen

- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, a customer-oriented attitude
