Norwegian speaking Delivery Support Assistant - the interface between external Fuels Marketing Retail and Industry & Wholesale customers.

The main responsibility includes maintenance of data quality and promotional activities for customers.

Other responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls and placing I&W fuel orders
Answering customer questions and delivery issues,
Coordination between supply and logistical planners,
Promoting our online ordering management system and coaching customer on its use (reporting on the extent of use)
Create and maintain customer data both in the online ordering system and our core database system - SAP
Investigating, resolving, and reporting failed delivery issues and customer complaints.

Excellent customer service skills
Excellent English
Very good Norwegian/ Dutch / German / French language skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to prioritize work tasks
Ability to see and take initiatives regarding improving work processes.
Knowledge of SAP, work experience with natives, and previous Customer Service experience are advantages but not requirements.
