Our primary expertise is obviously recruitment and we cover small, middle and big ticket leasing as well as the specialist areas of aerospace, shipping and property finance. In addition to this core leasing recruitment activity, we have a proven record of handling positions in trade finance, project finance; PFI, securitisation and tax based lending.

The team is the largest specialist leasing recruiter in Europe and has achieved over a thousand successful placements. Our principal consultants have combined leasing experience of over 35 years. Each consultant in the team specialises in a different part of the leasing and asset finance sector, whether it be ticket size, asset financed or region/country.
