The RoleThe RoleOur client, a leading investment house, is seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of Investment Analyst. The position will be responsible for: * Financial evaluation of projects as potential investment opportunities in conjunction with the Business Analyst. * Valuation of investment opportunities in the primary and secondary markets in the region. * Creating and managing a database of market data pertinent to the hydrocarbon industry in Russia. * Identifying and providing a preliminary valuation opinion on potential acquisition targets that are in line with the Company’s business plan. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe candidate must have: * A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a CFA. * A minimum of 3 years experience in financial modelling, report writing and valuation. * An in-depth knowledge of the hydrocarbon industry preferably in Russia. * Excellent report writing and communications skills are essential. Bilingual (English and Russian) candidates will be preferred. The candidate must be proficient in MS Office and appropriate commercial software. |
