RequirementsRequirementsNow searching for an experienced Hotel Manager to direct, lead and manages the daily operation with special attention to Quality, Human Resources, F&B, Sales & Marketing Desired Profile: Dynamic and Experienced Hands on Hotelier Minimum 10 years hospitality experience with 2 years min. as EAM/F&B or F&B Dir. Must have experiences within upscale Resort properties in the Middle East Proven track record 2 years + on positions Strong operational background with hands on attitude to daily operations, Quality & Eye for Small Details Implement Budgets, optimize revenues and manage costs Driving on Business goals and Quality awareness Great team player, motivator and natural leader Reporting to the Chairman & Owner This is a key managerial role and will appeal to a hotel professional with well-developed communications and influencing skills. |
