The Role


The Role


Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* You will be a strategic partner of the CRC manager and leadership team as well as the EMEA Pricing Leader in shaping and managing organizational changes within the Commercial Services organization.
* Drive and lead the development and implementation of HR policies and processes in line with general HR processes of the Business
* Project/Program Lead for key Initiatives as defined

Key Accountabilities
* Promote the company values and integrity at all levels of the organization
* Provide advice, guidance and coaching to line management on all HR matters, play key role in developing new members of CRC management team.
* Monitor and analyze attrition including root causes and drive actions to improve the rate on attrition.
* Manage key talent development and retention by designing and running specific programs and actions
* Manage cost effective staffing for all open positions* Drive consistent implementation of the Performance Management System including goal setting, appraisal training and training needs analysis
* Develop compensation and benefits plans against relevant market data and adjust as per Functional needs
* Assist leadership to drive labor productivity with right structure and resource allocation
* Manage Union relations as needed
* HR leadership to further simplify organization structure

Qualifications/Requirements:
* College / university degree in human resources, business or equivalent.
* Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist /manager experience, preferably in a multinational environment or at the comapany sites.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong communication/energizing skills.
* Labour law and union relations practice.
* Leadership skills and ability to drive change initiatives.
* Highly motivated - able to work with limited supervision
* Flexible and tenacious
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian
* Able to operate at a high response level
* Open and energetic style
* Strong relationship builder and assertive
