The Role


The Role


Initially, the job will be based in either Leominster, Herefordshire or Andover, Hampshire. After a period of training the successful candidates may be required to work in London of elsewhere else in the UK as part of a project team. We will provide assistance in finding accommodation (although it will have to be funded by the candidate) and comprehensive training for the successful candidates.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

oPhysical handling of client documents.
oScanning client documentation.
oTo operate Microsoft Windows based software applications and make amendments or create profiles etc.
oPerforming regular quality control checks on scanned images.
oFile naming of documents once scanned.
oAccurate daily recording of time for all client work done.

Salary & Benefits

Starting salary of £14,625 per annum
oDuring three month probation period, pay rate equal to £13,675
oPaid Overtime
oBonus scheme
o20 days Holiday (increases by 1 day per years service up to maximum of 25 days)
oAll UK Public and Bank Holidays are paid
oPlus 3 extra days holiday for Christmas

Requirements


We are looking to recruit a bright and friendly personality who has excellent organisational and communication skills. An eye for detail is essential, together with the ability to multi task efficiently and switch between roles as required for the particular project.

The ideal candidate will also need to be able to handle pressure, have very good English language skills and a high level of PC skills. Importantly the candidates must be a team player. We require a strong sense of commitment and would prefer candidates who are looking for career opportunities.

Skills Required

oPC literate i.e. familiar with general business software applications
oAn interest or understanding in IT
oExcellent English language skills:
Spoken
Written; and
Reading to a high standard

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a good all round level of education, preferably up to International Baccalaureate, or equivalent standard.

oMinimum 1 year experience;
Office work
Administration work
IT work

Or

If you have a high level of qualifications e.g. University Degree or similar we may not require you to have the work experience
