The Role


The Role

For our international clients we are looking for people for the customer care roles.


This is a great opportunity to get challenging job, where you can utilize individual approach towards customers, to maintaing high standards of customer service and solve rising problems.


Your responsibility will be mainly to respond to specific questions regarding invoices and all Accounts Payable queries via phone call and e-mail, log complaints and provide a high standard of Customer Service.


Requirements:
excellent communication and problem solving skills
communicative level of English and Norwegian/German/Dutch/French/Spanish
dedicated to serve the customer
MS Office knowledge
knowledge of Accounts Payable processes is an advantage

Fluent English and 1 (preferable 2) languages like Dutch / French / Spanish / Italian / German / Norwegian / Hungarian

- Knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP is an asset
