The RoleThe RoleIdeal candidate for this position will be someone with at least 2 years of prior management experience. We are seeking someone who is very detail oriented, has excellent customer service skills, has knowledge of P/L reporting and how to manage internal operations successfully. Our operation in the Ukraine is growing at a fast rate. The ideal candidate will be someone who can multi task and get projects done within ambitious deadlines set forth by the US Headquarters office. This position manages 1 to 2 staff members in the office and candidate must have prior experience in management of staff. |
RequirementsRequirementsREQUIRED SKILLS: • Fluent in English and Ukrainian • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook is required • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented • 2-4 years prior management experienced preferred • Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience is desired • Must have excellent communication skills, be outgoing with customers and have a desire for learning and growing with the company. • Prior experience with negotiating with vendors, meeting facilities, hotels is preferred. LEADERSHIP / MANAGEMENT: Performs a broad range of leadership, managerial, administrative and operational functions including short and long term goals, asset management, cost control, budget development and implementation, follows operational standards, procedures and policies for the country or region. BUSINESS SUPPORT MATERIALS: Manages and assists with Business Support Materials (BSMs) concept, creation, development, design, introduction, promotion and management. EVENT MANAGEMENT: Manages and assists with event planning, organizing, and implementation in country or region as needed. Events range from 200 to 5000 people. 1 weekend per month during the year in Kiev. FIELD SUPPORT: Assists and supports Amway Business Owners (ABOs) in the establishment and development of their business under the Yager system. AMWAY RELATIONS: Represents Yager organization and develops and maintains a unified relationship with Amway General Manager, staff and offices within the market or region. REPORTING/FINANCIAL SUPPORT: Provides timely and accurate reporting to US Headquarters according to set corporate guidelines on a monthly basis. COMMUNICATIONS: Maintains effective and on-going communications with headquarters, customers and vendors through multiple avenues of media.
