The Role


To expand its fast-growing footprint, MONEKS TRADING is interested in experienced best-of-class retail professionals for a role as a Business Director - Shoe retail.
Job Profile: Build and develop a shoe retail network in Russia. Provide leadership, inspiration & direction to the brand management and operations teams, enable them to achieve business goals & objectives. Hold full P&L accountability for all shoe retail activities in Russia.

Responsibilities
•Planning and delivery of the brand P&L
•Store operations, brand management and buying
•Maintaining host brand relationships
•Developing and building brand awareness in Russia
•Developing and building brand and operations teams

Reporting lines
•The selected candidate reports directly to the Managing Director
•The selected candidate directly manages the full brand team and indirectly all shoe retail operations teams.

•University degree
•Not less than 35 years old
•Proven abilities in buying, merchandising and store operations
•At least 10 years shoe retail experience, of which at least 5 years in a managerial role.
•Fluency in Russian & English
