German/French/Dutch/Norwegian/Italian speaking Logistic Planner - management of the Fuel supply chain and making sure Retail, Industry, and Wholesale customers are supplied in a timely and cost effective manner.


Responsibilities:
Maintenance of orders, deliveries, and shipments and entering transactions into SAP,
Maintenance of vehicle transport, and driver data and entering these into SAP,
General management of transport, delivery, and operational issues,
Maintaining good communication between hauliers/ sales/ fleet/ credit / self-billing,
Regular meetings with Territory Managers to improve delivery systems,
Monitor sales trend and adjust delivery schedules accordingly.

Requirements:
- Excellent English and Dutch / Italian / French / German / Norwegian
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP is an asset
- Ability to work closely with numerical information, data analysis, data interpretation and to provide trend analysis results.
- General attention to detail
