The RoleThe RoleDue to the expansion of our business in Ukraine we are looking for a suitable candidate to work as our Acquisition Project Coordinator for Ukraine. Successful candidate will be responsible for real estate market research, dealing with our business partners, negotiating contract proposals, preparing and coordination of opening of new branches and reporting. Position is to be based in Prague and involves a lot of travel. RequirementsRequirements- Experience from a similar position is and advantage - Knowledge of real estate market is an advantage - fluent Ukrainian, very good English, Czech or another language is an advantage - Willingness to travel, time flexibility - Very good PC skills (primarily Excel) - Communicative person able to work under pressure |
